Gratuity for the guide
We reserve the right to cancel any tour for safety concerns such as high winds, thunderstorms, excessive heat or cold, or other severe conditions. If tour is cancelled, and you are unable to reschedule, we will issue a refund for the cancelled tour. If the weather is questionable, please call one hour before each tour start time to confirm status. Not showing for a reserved tour voids use of your Groupon.

Cancellations due to weather without Bike and Roll's notice will mark your voucher as used. Bike and Roll will notify all parties at least an hour ahead of the start time if a tour will be cancelled.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
